Speaker instruction

All speakers are required to register for participation in APOPC 2024.
Please pick up your name tag at REGISTRATION DESK on the first day of your attendance.

For Oral speakers

Equipment

Please use a laptop provided on the podium for the presentation. Your presentation data submitted in advance will be ready in the laptop.
If you prefer to use your own laptop, please contact the secretariat, apopc2024@jtbcom.co.jp, in advance. Bring the laptop to the podium and check the connection during break time. It is strongly recommended to bring a copy of your presentation data stored on a USB for backup.

* If presentation data is made by Mac, you are required to bring your own laptop and a connection cable.

  • 1) Screen ascpect ratio is 16:9.
  • 2) Please bring all required connection cables to use your own laptop. The projector terminal will be HDMI.
  • 3) Please bring a backup data to the conference site.

Submission of presentation data

All presenter are requested to submit the presentation data in ppt format in advance.
Please upload your presentation data to the following URL by Monday, October 7th.

For Poster speakers

  • Posters should be displayed on the boards using pushpins distributed in “Media Hall”. No adhesive materials are permitted on the boards. Location of your poster board can be found on the notice board in “Media Hall”.
  • Authors must remain in the vicinity of the poster board during the poster session to answer questions.
    No electricity or audio-visual equipment will be supplied for poster presentations.
  • You are responsible for setting up and removing your poster. The Secretariat will NOT be liable for the loss nor damage of the posters. The remaining posters after the removal time will be disposed by the secretariat.

Precautions during preparation

  • Materials must be readable from a distance of 1 m or more.
  • The font used must be a minimum of 20 points and in bold format.
  • Industry-sponsored posters must clearly be identified as such - please state on your poster "Sponsored by (Company name/s)"
