Registration desk

The registration desk will be open during the following hours on the 3rd floor of congress venue.

Open hour:

Saturday, October 12	8:00-17:00
Sunday, October 13	7:30-13:30

Name tag/ badge

Please pick up your name tag on the first day of your attendance and wear it all the time at the congress venue.
There will be special badges at the registration desk. Please feel free to wear them.

Badge type:

1. First Timer (First time at APOPC congress)
2. Not good at English but want to communicate actively!

Morning/ Luncheon seminar

There will be morning seminar/ luncheon seminar with following schedule.
Breakfast/ lunch box will be provided to the seminar attendees. No ticket required.

Climate

October is a very pleasant time of year to visit Tokyo. The average temperature is around 18.9ºC (66°F) during the day. It can reach as high as 23.7 ºC (75°F) and as low as 14.7ºC (58°F).
Temperatures gradually get cooler in the second half of the month.
It is also good to be prepared for the occasional rainy day, and to be on the alert for typhoons.
But the weather in October is generally not humid and the temperature is perfect for sightseeing and other outdoor activities. Carry a light jacket as it may get chilly at night.
